Strawberry Jam Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients
50ml Whistler Silver Rum
20ml Simple Syrup
2 Strawberries
2 x Strawberry Jam
10ml Grenadine
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Egg white or egg white replacement (Celluzoon as example)
Crushed Black Pepper
Cocktail Method
Muddle one strawberry in a cocktail shaker along with the rum, syrup, jam, grenadine and lime juice. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Fine strain the liquid into a coupe style glass. Crack some black pepper over the liquid and garnish with a strawberry.
